CTD Station 25
- Purpose: To explore/define Quebec's diffuse flow and plumes with casts 0-100m above the bottom. Currents were (planned to be) different (sure?) from station 21 for comparison.
- Summary: Good search CCW around box and diagonally from NE to SW at the end. Buoyant hits locations not totally consistent with predicted currents. Perhaps diffuse flow is quite local? Exceptionally strong plume was traversed on the penultimate cast (17); its location confirms the station 21 findings of greater venting intensity in SW corner of the Quebec box.
