Completeness_Report: Navigational data were analyzed for erroneous fixes, i.e. points that were obvious outliers were removed. Positional_Accuracy: Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy: Horizontal_Positional_Accuracy_Report: These data were logged by the DSRV Alvin using an in-hull navigation system. This system uses the travel time of accoustic energy from the submersible to the transponders and back to the submersible (rather than submersible-transponder-ship). The accuracy is +/- 1.0 meters.
